Information We Collect

Business name, website or Google profile, market, work email and setup answers.
Audit signals such as page availability, metadata, contact paths and conversion prompts.
Product events such as audit submitted, report viewed, setup completed and plan selected.
Technical details such as hashed IP address, user agent and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.

How We Use Information

We use the information to generate audits, workspace recommendations, email updates, funnel analytics, abuse prevention and product improvement.

Emails

Local Hero may send audit links, setup links, workspace updates and plan-related messages. You can request removal by emailing hello@localhero.click.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure, email, analytics, AI or payment providers when required to deliver the service. Payment processing will be handled by a payment provider after checkout is enabled.

International Users

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or another region with privacy rights, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information.
