Cancellation and Refund Policy

Local Hero currently offers free audits and workspace previews before checkout. No subscription charge is made until a customer completes payment.

Before Checkout

Free audits, reports and setup previews do not require payment. There is nothing to cancel or refund before checkout.

Paid plans will be billed monthly. Customers will be able to cancel future renewal from the account or payment portal once billing is active.

If a billing error occurs, contact hello@localhero.click. Refund handling will follow the payment provider record and applicable law.
