Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Local Hero, including free audits, reports, online setup, client workspaces and future paid subscriptions.

Use of the Service

You may use Local Hero to analyze business visibility signals and generate local marketing workflows. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

No Fake Reviews

Local Hero does not buy, create, incentivize or gate reviews. Review prompts and reply drafts must be used for honest, policy-compliant customer communication.

Generated Content

Workspace content is a draft and should be reviewed before publishing. You are responsible for claims, offers, regulated-industry requirements and final publication decisions.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions begin only after checkout is enabled and completed. Until payment is connected, plan selection means the workspace is ready for final activation.

Availability

We aim to keep Local Hero available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact search rankings, review volume or business results.
